Say where you work. A zip code and how far you will travel; add more zip codes later.
Say when. Your usual days, and the dates you are off.
Get asked. A company puts you on a crew for a day and you get a text with the jobs: the times, the towns and the crew size.
Accept or decline. Take the jobs you want; saying no costs you nothing. Each job is between you and the company that asks. The customer's details come on the day of the move.
