Move Happy is software for moving companies. This page explains what we collect when a company signs up and uses Move Happy, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you sign up we keep your company's name and web address, your name, email address and office phone, and the administrator login you choose (the password is stored only as a one-way hash). We keep a record of your plan, the number of crews you pay for, and your invoices.

Like most websites, our servers log your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. We use these logs to run and secure the service.

Payments

Card payments are taken by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never reaches Move Happy's servers. We keep Stripe's references to your subscription and invoices so we can show your billing history.

Your company's data

Each company gets its own private database. The customers, quotes, crews and schedules your office enters belong to your company. We use them only to run Move Happy for you and to support you when you ask, and we never sell them or use them to contact your customers.

What we share

We do not sell, rent or lease customer lists. We share information only with the services that help us run Move Happy (hosting, email delivery and payments), which may use it only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

Move Happy is a business service and does not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.
